Feedback from the 9 delegates of this course delivered by Louisa Grange of HAFLS (Herts Family & Adult Learning Service), has been very positive; they found the course both fun, informative and helpful in preparing for employment. The interview skills and techniques sessions were particularly enjoyed and they had the use of tablets and other resources during the course. New courses are being negotiated with HAFLS to start in mid September to October, so watch this space!
