Hello everyone,
I hope you are having a lovely weekend.
Today I would like to introduce you to one of our dance classes for Adults at MECC.
They run classes at MECC on Thursday evening`s (term time only).
Please see more details about Adult Classes at RISE Studios below.
`Adult Classes at RISE Studios! Our adult classes are designed as a ‘dance work out’, so if the gym is not for you, this is the perfect alternative. A great way to tone up legs, bums and tums, in a really friendly and positive environment!
We run our Adult Tap classes at Mill End Community Center on Thursday evening’s (Term time only)
Adult Basic Tap 7.15-8.10 pm, a termly course covering all the basics in a tap. After mastering the basic steps we start working on a routine for the second half of the course. It is best to start at the beginning of a term so that you don’t miss any of the basics, however, if you would like to start partway through you are welcome to do a trial class to see what you think.
Improvers Tap 8.15-9.10 pm, why not brush up on your tap skills and fitness levels at the same time with our improvers tap class? Whether you are an advanced tapper or haven’t tapped in 10 years you’ll soon find your feet- it’s like riding a bike! We tailor the class to our students, so exercises can be modified to suit individuals. We love to use props sometimes for the routines in these classes!
Book a class now via our website Adult Dance classes – Ballet, Street Dance, Tap All levels (rise-studios.com)

Hello everyone,
I would love to share with you a beautiful work from one of our Adult Art Classes.
Please see a message from Andrew below.
`Adult Art ClassesClasses are for abilities from absolute beginners to experienced painters. For beginners, I will guide you step by step to paint a finished painting. Everybody receives individual attention so that you can progress at your own pace and get what you want from lessons. My aim is for you to get as much enjoyment from painting as I do. I say that oil is the most forgiving and easiest medium to paint with, but don’t take my word for it come and give it a go. I run two classes a Monday evening and a Thursday lunchtime. Ask or contact me for more information:-www.ArtistAndrewSchofield.co.uk

Have a nice week.

Hello everyone,
Hertfordshire Health Walks – Mill End Community Centre – Wednesdays at 11.00 o`clock.
Is a FREE countywide initiative, helping everyone get outdoors, get more active and experience the social, health, and wellbeing benefits. It is also a great social prescribing scheme helping the patient and freeing up GP time aiming to take a holistic approach to improve health. The walks are a great opportunity to meet new people and socialise on a weekly basis within supportive and encouraging volunteer-led groups. Many of our walkers have experienced health and wellbeing benefits such as weight loss, increased confidence, and reduced dependence on diabetic and anti-hypertensive medication and we have seen walkers from Mill End really benefit from all that the walks offer.
Best wishes,
Sylwia
