Rickmansworth and District Art Society RADAS
This class is for people who love art who enjoy discovering more about art and who want to be involved in various creative and exciting projects. Guest are welcome no need to book- £5 for visitors.
Doors open at 7pm and the meeting starts at 8:30pm on Thursday 12th January, Thursday 2nd February, Thursday 2nd March, Thursday 6th April, Thursday 4th May, Thursday 1st June and Thursday 6th July.

Adult Art Classes
For all abilities, from beginners to more experienced painters. Also, occasionally weekend workshops that cover a variety of specialised themes.

Cardiovascular Rehabilitation Classes
A Program open to anyone who has stents following a heart attack, bypass surgery, peripheral vascular disease and those who have heart failure. Te session runs twice a week Tuesday and Fridays at 1:15pm.
Free of charge, Please note that you require a referral from a GP/Healthcare professional in order to attend.

Mondays 11:00am A Gentle flow yoga, suitable for beginners who want to take it slow, or for more experienced practitioners who are looking for a more stretchy, gentler class. Also suitable for pregnant students from 14 weeks.
Tuesdays 7:35pm A strong practice, with a focus on cardio, strength and mobility. While this is a strong practice modifications for those who want to take a step back, or variations who want to go further into their practice.
