What help can I get from family centres?
Anyone can come along, whether you’re coping fine or having a struggle.
- Family learning courses and local parenting courses
- not forgetting the grown up stuff.
Health visitors and school nurses are part of the service.
Toddlers and pre-schoolers
- Play sessions (sometimes musical, other times messy – always fun)
- Toy libraries
- Story and rhyme times.
